1. Who runs this site

2. What the site collects
Nothing. There are no registration, no comments, no subscriptions and no contact forms on this site. You are not asked for your name, email address or any other detail, and there is nowhere on the site to enter them.
This is a deliberate decision rather than an oversight. Any form collecting an email address would turn the developer into a personal data operator under Russian law, with all the obligations that follow. Ordinary email correspondence does not create that consequence.
3. If you write to us
When you send a message to support@newdawnapps.ru or ideas@newdawnapps.ru, that is ordinary correspondence between you and the developer. Your message and your address are used solely to reply to you, are never passed to anyone else, are not used for mailings and are deleted once the conversation no longer serves a purpose.
4. Cookies and analytics
The site does not use analytics counters and does not set tracking cookies. Nobody is counting your visits, your source or your route through the pages.
The only thing stored in your browser is the colour theme you selected. It is kept locally in your browser, is never sent anywhere and can be cleared together with your browsing data at any time.
5. Hosting logs
Like any website, this one runs on a hosting provider's server, which keeps technical access logs (IP address, browser, requested page). These are standard server records needed to keep the site running and to investigate faults. They are not analysed for visitor behaviour and are not used to build any profile.

The site links to app stores, and articles may link to third-party sources. Those sites have their own rules for handling data, and we have no influence over them.
7. The apps are a separate matter
This page is about the website. The apps have their own policies, because they do process data on your device and show advertising — see the privacy policies section.

The current revision is always on this page, with the date shown at the top. Should forms or analytics ever appear on the site, this page will be updated before they do, not after.
