Privacy policy — Kitchen Organiser

Revision of 6 August 2026

In short

  • The app requires no registration and creates no account for you.
  • All your records are stored on the device and are never sent to our servers.
  • The app has no servers of its own for anything to be sent to.
  • The only thing that leaves the device is anonymised data used to display adverts — described below.

1. Who processes the data

The Kitchen Organiser app is developed by Микушин Максим Михайлович (the "developer"). You can get in touch at support@newdawnapps.ru.

2. The data you enter yourself

Everything you enter into the app — records, photos, dates, amounts and notes — is stored in your device memory. It is not sent to the developer, not uploaded to any cloud, and is not accessible to anyone except you and whoever you hand your phone to.

The backup copy, if you enabled it in the settings, is saved to a folder on your own device that you selected yourself. The developer has no access to that folder.

3. Permissions the app requests, and why

  • Internet and network state — to display adverts. Recipes, plans and shopping lists are never sent anywhere.
  • Advertising identifier — used by the Yandex advertising module to select adverts. This is the only information that leaves your device.
  • Notifications, exact alarms and background work — so a step timer fires on time — even when the app is in the background and the screen is off.

You may decline any of these permissions — the app will keep working, and only the related feature will be unavailable.

What the app does not request. There is no camera permission and no storage permission. Taking a photo opens the system camera app, and choosing images or a backup folder goes through the system file picker — so the app only ever gets access to exactly what you picked yourself, and nothing else on the device.

4. Advertising

The app is free, and development is funded by advertising. Adverts are displayed through the Yandex advertising network, built into the app as a separate software module.

That module operates independently and may collect anonymised technical information: the advertising identifier of the device, the IP address, the device model and operating system version, the language, and data about advert impressions and taps. This is used to select adverts and count impressions. The developer does not receive this information and cannot link it to your records in the app.

The processing of that data is governed by Yandex, which acts as its operator. See the Yandex privacy policy .

Personalised advertising can be limited through your operating system: Android settings allow you to reset the advertising identifier and opt out of its use for personalisation.

5. Who the data is shared with

Your records are not shared with anyone. The developer does not sell, publish or provide the contents of the app to third parties — simply because there is no access to them.

The exceptions are the anonymised technical information collected by the advertising module, and data that the app store may collect during installation. Those cases are governed by the policies of the respective companies.

6. Children

The app is not intended for children under 13 and does not collect any information about the user’s age.

7. Your rights

Because the data is stored only on your device, you are fully in control of it: you can edit or delete any record at any time, export everything to a file, or uninstall the app — which removes the data with it (except for a backup copy, if you made one: that has to be deleted separately).

If you have questions about data processing, write to support@newdawnapps.ru — we will answer.

8. Changes to this policy

This policy may change together with the app. The current revision is always available on this page, with the date of the last change shown at the top. Significant changes will be described in the release notes in the app store.
