Privacy policy — Yard Garage
Revision of 1 October 2026
In short
- The game requires no registration and creates no account for you.
- Your settings and records are stored on the device and are never sent to our servers.
- The game has no servers of its own for anything to be sent to.
- The only thing that leaves the device is anonymised data used to display adverts — described below.
1. Who processes the data
The Yard Garage game is developed by Микушин Максим Михайлович (the "developer"). You can get in touch at support@newdawnapps.ru.
2. What the game stores
The game asks you for nothing and stores only what it needs to run: your settings and your best times. All of it stays in the memory of your device, is not sent to the developer and is not uploaded anywhere.
3. Permissions the game requests, and why
- Internet and network state — for rewarded ads — tapped only, no more than five clips a day. The course of a repair, wallet and warehouse are never sent anywhere.
- Advertising ID of the device — it is used by the ad module to pick adverts: ads are shown without personal data, with the ad network child-directed flag.
You may decline any of these permissions — the app will keep working, and only the related feature will be unavailable.
What the game does not request. No camera, no storage, no contacts, no location. There is simply nothing on the device the game needs to reach.
4. Advertising
The app is free, and development is funded by advertising. Adverts are displayed through the Yandex advertising network, built into the app as a separate software module.
That module operates independently and may collect anonymised technical information: the advertising identifier of the device, the IP address, the device model and operating system version, the language, and data about advert impressions and taps. This is used to select adverts and count impressions. The developer does not receive this information and cannot link it to your records in the app.
The processing of that data is governed by Yandex, which acts as its operator. See the Yandex privacy policy .
Personalised advertising can be limited through your operating system: Android settings allow you to reset the advertising identifier and opt out of its use for personalisation.
5. Who the data is shared with
There is nothing to share: your settings and records never leave the device, and the developer has no access to them.
The exceptions are the anonymised technical information collected by the advertising module, and data that the app store may collect during installation. Those cases are governed by the policies of the respective companies.
6. Children
The app is not intended for children under 13 and does not collect any information about the user’s age.
7. Your rights
Because everything is stored only on your device, you are fully in control of it: uninstalling the game removes the settings and the records with it, and nothing is left on our side — there is nowhere for it to be left.
If you have questions about data processing, write to support@newdawnapps.ru — we will answer.
8. Changes to this policy
This policy may change together with the app. The current revision is always available on this page, with the date of the last change shown at the top. Significant changes will be described in the release notes in the app store.
